GARLIC SHRIMP PASTA🦐

 


Today, I'm going to share a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for any occasion: creamy garlic shrimp pasta!


Ingredients:

- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 pound of spaghetti

- 4 tablespoons of butter

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 cup of heavy cream

- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions:


1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions, and set it aside.


2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring constantly for about 1-2 minutes.


3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.


4. Reduce the heat to low, and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Whisk the cream until it starts to thicken.


5. Add the Parmesan cheese to the skillet, and whisk until it's completely melted and combined with the cream. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.


6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, and toss until it's coated with the sauce.


7. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet, and gently toss with the spaghetti and sauce.


8. Garnish the dish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
